Men of the Anti cultism unit of the Rivers state police command, was on 5th of july 2018 reportedly shot dead a notorious and serial kidnapper popularly known as 'General''.
He was shot dead at his hideout in Omademe Community of Ikwerre Local Government Area of the state.
